Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. avoid Covid 19 is a type of flu infection which spreads rapidly from 1 person to another. To protect self one should avoid outings , avoid visitors at home. Always cover your face while going out only if vry necessary.
Travel in covid times is strictly to be avoided by all means, wash hands often and use . Take a balanced diet and seasonal fruits /vegetables for boosting immunity

Seema shekharMom of 2 children4 years agoA. See this is testing time for all. wash your hand frequently especially when you take care of your baby like feeding changing diaper or changing clothes. no need to go out unless until it is important. Babies are less prone to covid but precaution is must.
