AAMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Try to give protein rich diet..include eggs ,mea,pulses,ghee,dry fruits,variety of fruits and vegetables including banana ,apple,chiku,mango,dates and other seasonal fruits,potato,sweet potato,pumpkin,peas, dairy products milk ,curd and include oats , wheat,rice .

You Should be working upon a balanced nutritious diet as that is the most important thing so try to give each and everything that you preparing at home for yourself and for the family that’s the right kind of food that you should be giving to the child on daily basis
