How to encourage kid for self eating

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom you to start with some finger foods as such that the child can pick up and eat also make small pieces of paranthas etc .. for rice etc spoon can be given .
When ever possible try to have meals together whenever possible so that child gets a chance to observe and learn and imitate
