Q.

how to determine if a baby is late talker? Is it ok if a 2 year baby speaks only words not phrases or sentences? what should we do to check? whom to consult?

A. hi parent take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
