make sure baby's handsthe baby foot in the mouth is always clean
visit a pediatrician to get proper treatment for diarrhoea
massage the gums with clean code cotton cloth and give clean silicone teether to chew on

massage the gums with clean hands.
massage at the back of the ears.
gently press the gums with cool cloth.
offer silicon teether to the baby.
