Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treagxtment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .here than for more guidance you can discuss with your doctor and get cleared all the further queries and you will be given all the required guidance which you can follow accordingly ...
