RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Just reduce down the amount of salt that you are having as it really helps a lot in controlling high BP .. I didn’t that it will be best that you consult your gynaecologist also if you can provide you some medicine or anything else which will help you controlling your blood pressure to a certain level
