Regular oiling and shampoo is going to be helpful before using warm water not hot water because I know in Sameer as it gets really cold so if you use too much of hot water then it can lead to further breakage so prefer using warm to warm water when you are giving a bath to the child and if your child is in a decent age where you can use a conditioner or a mask please go ahead with that also
