you can check it out in Medical Store or in first cry app

There is silicon tongue cleaner available in the market you can get that use it properly wash it properly clean it properly and then clean the tongue of the child with it when you give a bath to the child and in general course you can use a soft and wet cloth after feeding like after half half an hour to 40 minutes of feeding to clean the tongue if you want
