how to apply diaper rash cream sir ?

for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

Whenever you take off the diaper after that clean that area properly apply a diaper ice cream whatever you are using gently and then you can make your child wear diaper try to keep your child more of diaper free time you should give and try to keep a gap of at least one hour in between two changes
