NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy2 years agoA. hello you can expect the weight of a child be around 7 kgs to 10 kgs and each child is different and the weight gain of each child can vary and if your child is active then it is usually not a concern and just make sure to give a child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet
