how much time does it take for those white spots on the face of a new born take to vanish ..my son is going to be 2 months old

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by drynerss of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the dogctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
