how much quantity should a 7 month old eat in a day

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom every baby is different and so is their capacity as well .. some eat well enough and do not require feeding at very small intervals where as some eat less and eat frequently.
So start with one time a day with small quantity and then gradually increase the quantity and number of meals . So at least 2 to 3 main meals ans 1 to 2 times snacks and inbetween your feed is good enough
