A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that you can apply medium heart pressure there are a lot of videos on YouTube which will guide you on the technique of massaging your baby additionally I would suggest you can use Himalaya massage oil it's great on the babies skin and moisturizes the skin as well.
