In such a case proper assessment is .required which is possible only with clinical interaction so it will be better to visit your doctor )/pediatrician for proper guidance regarding this who will advise you the proper suggestion regarding this query as well as prescribe proper medicine or treatment as per the requirement.

It Would be difficult to give you any correct suggestion on that only an expert in this area can give you a guidance you can just consult your doctor for a better clarity they’ll be able to clear all your doubts whatever you have and I think that would be a better thing to do
