How much ml paracetamol drops to be given for 80 days baby to reduce vaccination injection pain. Can i start these drops immediately after vaccination done. plz suggest

A. yes you can give paracetamol in such a way and at this age you have to give 0.7 ml to the child for fever as well as pain and this medicine can be given maximum 4 times per day and you can also apply ice over the injection site
