how much dried fruits and nuts can be given to 17months old daily soaked almond soaked raisin soaked fig soaked date walnut cashew pista

A. You can give all of them but keep changing the nuts so avoid giving all of them together and give one nut and one dry fruit one day and done other nuts and done dry fruit on other day like one day dew soaked almonds and raisins and on other day cashew and walnuts and one fig

A. All Yellow in all you can give about 5 to 7 pieces of dry fruits to your child as of now and as the age increases of the child you can go ahead with increasing the amount of dry fruits for the child but as of now currently you can give somewhere around 5 to 7 dry fruits to the child at a point of time
