how much cow milk given to 7 month baby , and what food products will give per day to baby?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, at 7 months, breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby. You can give cow milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
You should give foods like khichadi, vegetable dal rice, cereal pulse, fruits and vegetables.
