Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk or packet milk to your baby. Start giving in small quantities to check the suitability and for better digestion. The maximum milk requirement should be around 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy foods.
