AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy9 months agoA. Hello ma’am. 8th week of pregnancy can be usually between 29 to 36 weeks. It depends upon person to person and pregnancy to pregnancy. Please take healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. You can also take eggs and chicken and chicken soup. Continue with the supplements as prescribed by your gynaecologist. Try to do walk atleast thirty minutes in a day.
