how many times I can give meal to my 7 mnth old baby...along with breastfeeding.

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can give two feeds a day in addition to breastfeeding. Based on the tolerance gradually increase the quantity and frequency of solid feeds. Introduce one new food at a time

Two to three meals can be given
But never force feed or over feed her
for now , her meal can be comprised of probiotics , soups ,mehses of cooked vegetables and fruits, daliya , khichdi, upma etc
