How many solid meals we should give to our baby girl of 7 and half months? what veggies should vwr start with? #asktheexpert

A. Hi parent She can be given couple of meal and a breakfast a day don't over feed or force feed her anything soups of tomato , moong, dal Pani and drumsticks can be given meshes of cooked vegetables and seasonal fruits (in puree form ) can be given
