#asktheexperts Hi Sir, My baby is 7 months now and I have started semi solid like rice n dal purée, veggies and fruits purée. How many times a day can I give him the semi solid meals? Right now I’m giving him 2 meals only.

A. Hi mom Yes 2 meals in a day is fine and give milk rest of the day to ur baby. When baby is seven months months pregnant complete then u can start giving 3-4 meals in a day to ur baby. Take care
