Hi, you can start with rice and dal water following vegetable and fruit purees and later you can introduce him porridge of rice with dal, vegetable and green leaf. Start with watery substance to semi liquid, then semi solid and later solid form. Try different types of vegetables, fruit purees to check your baby's taste bud. Also introduce one single new food at one time and continue it for min. 3 days to check allergies, digestion and taste of your child. You can give him, suji, nachni, poha and homemade cereals cooked in water, breast milk or powder milk. For taste and smell add tadka with cow's ghee and jeera in very small amount. Add 2/3 jeera in 2 drop ghee for tadka. Your baby will love it. Give patato, sweet patato, pumpkin, ripe banana, apple, pears purees to your baby. remember always follow 3 days rule for every new food you introduce to your little one.
