I don’t think it is safe to self medicate Your child, especially when the weather is not good and there are many viral infections going around. You can get in touch with your consulting paediatrician and get the medication for it. In the meantime, try giving sip of lukewarm water to your child. Use Babyhug rapid relief roll on for your child
