SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, usually it takes around 10 days for the fever to come down. But their appetite and their weight will take a month to get back to normal. Give adequate liquid and keep your baby hydrated which is very important. Give soft and fibre rich food. Avoid milk product.
