How i want to my body weight loss

A. dear parent, for weight loss, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily.
