how i reduce my pregnancy hair fall.. iam having 9 month old baby... how many month have those hair fall.. i am fed off with it plss suggests any remediesss๐ฐ๐ฐ

Jasmine KaurMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair fall post pregnancy is very common among women. You must eat right and healthy include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water, coconut water as well.
Also oil your hair regularly and wash with mild shampoo twice a week.
Keep your hair well tied as much as possible .
