Q.

how I cure from postmartum depression.. it's so much effect my elder baby I can't control my anger and beated her so badly some time then after some time I feel so much of guilt for her.. what should I do to cure from it is their is any medicine for cure postmartum

A. This is post delivery depression which occurs due to change in lifestyle suddenly and you do lack of proper sleep and weakness due to lack of proper nutrition the best treatment to come out through this is to spend more time enjoying with your kid and plan your work According to your comfort. Try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping And have proper nutritious diet along with water intake. just think of kid
