I can't control my anger... sometimes it's so intense ...I hit my child today ...I am ashamed from them...am I not a good mother??

Because what you see is what you get so be kind to yourself at the same time you can be empathetic to the surrounding. Try some breathing techniques, count Numbers . Do anything but cool yourself as much as possible.
