A. Hello Usually child observes the family members & follows them try to adopt healthy eating for whole family. Do not give junk foods even if child insists. it will take time, but child will learn to eat home made Healthy food.

Q. sir my child is having correct weight according to the age but problem is with the immunity. every month I have to give antibiotics course due to diarrhoea or due to upper respiratory infection. I also work in hospital setup .so give him less time. He is four and half years old n weight is 18.4.
