How do I know my baby is getting enough milk?

A. mam if babybis passing urine for atlest 5 to 7 times in a day then it means that baby is getting enough breast milk. please take Shatavari powder with milk or water to increase breast milk supply. massage your breasts properly before feeding the baby.
