How do i increase my patience and keep myself calm when my kid is becoming unruly

A. U You simply have to tell your child that your child is only two years old they do not have so much of brain to trouble anybody kids grow up like this only this is the nature they are kids they do not have any sense if you make yourself understand that then it would be very easy for you to deal with your anger issues and your patience will increase because when you know that it is a child a child is going to be like this only you cannot stop it then it will be easier for you to handle just accept the reality that it’s a child
