ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, Iron supplement leads to dental staning in infant n in toddlers.. -brushing twice a day, should be followed after administration of the iron supplement, it will help to alleviate tooth discoloration. -Also Diluting the iron supplement in juice or some water can help prevent stains ur chikds teeth
