How can i reduce my pregnancy belly.. plz suggest me any food or any belt to loose my belly..

A. You should take care of two things like first is diet avoid oily fried junk foods and limit sweet intake and starting some physical exercise in your daily routine like yoga under expert guidance

A. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise will help you to lose your belly fat naturally. Do cardio exercise. Avoid sugar items, fried foods, refined carbs, junk foods etc. Always choose friendly proteins.
