Q.

how can i improve my health after delivery... nowadays i feel very tired.. and iam not so fat.. i want improve my weight also.. please help me to recover from this tiredness

A. Dear ma’am, general tiredness is not uncommon also when combined with the weather.. did you check your hemoglobin, thyroid and Vitamin d levels? Make sure to drink ample amount of water. You can take drumstick leaves, veg or non veg soups, nuts and dry fruits, sesame balls, 20-30 roasted peanuts, fresh fruits, diluted buttermilk, tender coconut water etc
