Don’t take it without consulting the doctor if you genuinely Are looking for something good then you can take a proper protein powder after consulting the doctor along with that you can also take dry fruit powder into your milk twice in a day this week you will cover up a lot of protein and good amount of nutrients and supplements of this is going to be a better choice rest if you only want to go for something like this check with the doctor because we cannot be sure about these things to be consumed during pregnancy
