during the initial bleeding episode you will have to press up on the bleeding area to stop the bldeeding.
you can press some cold ice or cold cloth also to decrease the bleeding
after bleeding stops you have to make use of nasal saline drops to keep the nasal cavity moist and also apply antibactedrial cream (tbact) over the bleeding area for faster healing.
