Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like igron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months tobh increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. I think it could probably be due to some nutritional deficiency which is why I would suggest you to get a checkup done start with necessary health supplements and also then you can increase more of proteins for the child that’s going to be beneficial
