Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also gmake the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have hnight terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Maybe your child is a light sleeper so I would just advise you to put air plugs when you put your child to sleep I think probably that is going to be very helpful for you because this is going to eliminate all the extra noises and sound and your child will sleep peacefully with that
