A. get a skin doctor check up.See for any type of skin lesions do not assume to be anything .its always better to show to a specialist online or offline and get the right treatment started in time .ok

A. U try going for cleaning that area with dettol as sometimes there is a big that ear hair so try this and hen see else h can consult some homeopathic doctor for this as if they can understand the issue and can give the medication accordingly..
