hlo sir mam my son is 2 year his tummy is coming out he is thin but he is rubbing his teeth together is this any thing serious

A. I think that’s probably due to worms in the tummy that your child is cluttering its teeth and a big tummy could be due to over eating and sometimes could be bloating or so so I’m just going to recommend you to consult your doctor once they give medicine to the child
