Hlo sir/mam good morning π my 3 month baby will not digest breastmilk properly and weight is also low. so pls suggest me a syrup for better digestion and weight gain.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. If the baby is vomiting, little bit of milk, it is absolutely normal and it is not a digestion issues. But the baby should constantly gain weight and if the baby is not gaining then consult a doctor,
