Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml and after that you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child and you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi Give foods that your baby likes. don't make meal time a struggle for kids or they shoudnt be scared of food. Ensure you don't repeat the same taste. Try to give different flavored food and also in different textures. Have a weekly plan that doesn't repeat any same taste. Don't ever force feed baby. If baby is fussy, Don't feed constantly over a stretch leave a break for five mins so they come back again. Feed at different places 10 mins here n 10 mins out this way it will relax their minds and yours too. Give few spoons of water in between feeds to avoid dryness.
