Hlo... My 2years 8 months baby hips and thighs near to hips are black. It was not like this earlier. what should I do...?

A. It’s difficult to say what can be the reason it would be good for you to take a check with your Dr and knowing and understanding it better and accordingly you can proceed with what your doctor has to suggesting
