hlo mere bete ke liver and spleen enlarged hai, and feverbhi usko 5,6 hours me aa rha hai, vo bnana khane ki zid krra hai, to kya me usko bnana de skti hu plz reply me fast, I am very upset

I don’t think so banana would be a problem but since your child is going through a specific issue it would be good for you to consult with your doctor about the diet that that you need to follow and think specifically you need to avoid because without a proper diet you wouldn’t be sure about the another thing whether you can give it or not so better to take a proper diet from your doctor
