Hlo! I am 21 ...I am going to clg ...I will breastfeeding for 2 month using shield and I going to clg, so I extract milk and give to him...after 2 weeks breast milk is stop ...and we give cow milk .....now he is 1 y1/4 month ...now how can l give breast milk to him...what is step to increase the milk ....plz ans...

A. Hi Mom, Try to eat a little better while you're breastfeeding. Breastfeeding and making breast milk requires a good amount of energy. So, to build up a healthy milk supply, fuel your body with well-balanced meals and healthy snacks. Add some milk boosting foods such as oatmeal, dark green veggies, and almonds toyour daily diet. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Thank yo.

Q. Hi sir, i am a mother of 15days baby and he is not drinking milk from me so I got a suggestion to use nipple shield as he was getting fear when i am taking him to feed.
