hlo. dr my baby girl having fever99.6F ,2 days , I gave her 0.5 ml paracetamol syrup every 6 hrs, it's control and again come, please suggest medicin because of covid we are afraid to go hospital,plz plZ

A. this may be viral there fore taking longer time. For fever paracetamol can be given to baby 3 to 4 times in a day and steam along with any cough syrup like ascoril can be given to baby 3 times in a day . But if any difficulty then consult near by doctor .
