Your child is 18 months it’s a major delay in the growth of your child because I do not want to scare you and don’t take it otherwise but a child may want to walk independently between the age of 12 to 17 months crawling is seen between the age of 9 to 10 months maximum 11 months your child hasn’t reached any of these milestones precisely just moving in the setting position that is not good you should consult your doctor
