Alcina MisquittaMom of a 4 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Keep drinking water. U need to drink at least 3 ltr of water in a day. Every time u feed baby keep 1 bottle of water next to you. It has helped me. Also eat proper nutritious food, full of iron, leafy veg and try to get rest when you can.
Ask your gynaec too because normally iron and calcium tablets/syrup is recommended during breastfeeding

You must consult with your gynecologist as soon as possible to rule out ny nutritional deficiencies. Have proper sleep with good nutrition.
